Choco Krispies Crunchy Orange Cake

There is nothing like the smell of baking filling up your home, and in this chilly weather it "warmifys" too!!
I had choco krispies lying out in the kitchen, when I ever I get my lil princess a big box of them it ends up lying in my kitchen staring at me. Am not that kinda chocolaty person and I dont like having them and I hate to throw the away too, so came up with this nice recipe and tried it out.

2 Eggs
1 1/2 Cup All purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
3/4 cup oil or melted butter
1 can sweetened condensed milk
zest and juice of an orange
1 cup sugar
1 cup choco krispies

How to Zest an Orange:
Scrape the orange along the grater from top to bottom. Maintain enough pressure to remove the top layer of the rind. Be sure to take off only the rind of the orange's skin, and not the bitter white part, or pith, inside.  Avoid using any section of the orange more than once or else you'll end up having a bitter taste.

In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients and beat in a low speed for 2 minutes, then on medium speed till the batter is homogeneous. Then fold in the choco krispes and mix it through.

Pour the cake batter in the prepared baking tin, spreading evenly. Bake at 180 degrees for 40 mins to one hour  or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Remove from oven and cool 5 minutes on a wire rack.

Enjoy it with hot cup of tea, Bon Appetite!!
