Broccolli with Tuna and Chilli flakes Pasta

I guess sometimes few events come up in your life, and change the course or the routine of life you are having, and it takes time to be back to normal. The past 2 months have been like that with the passing away of my beloved grandfather and moi aunts visit. After all that and I thought am stepping back on track my computer fails me down, hence my blog was neglected and couldn't update and share with you all. Today i'd like to share with you an easy peasy pasta recipe that can be whipped in 15 mins.

200g pasta - whatever you have in the cupboard(Fusilli, Gomito,Penne....or whatever!!)
250g broccoli florets
2 sliced garlic cloves
Tin of tuna
Dried chilli flakes to taste
Olive oil
Pepper to taste
A dollop of cream, or cheese

Cook pasta in a large saucepan of boiling, salted water, with a spoonful of olive oil following packet directions, until tender. Add broccoli 2 minutes before pasta is cooked.
Meanwhile, heat oil in a large saucepan over low heat. Add sliced garlic. Cook, stirring occasionally until tender. Mix in the tuna and chilli flakes, add pepper. Finally, add pasta and broccoli to the pot and toss everything together until thoroughly combined. Before serving add in cheese. Bon App├ętit!
